3D Scanning
Using specialized software, the point cloud data is used to create a 3D CAD model of the part's exact geometry.

RAPID PROTOTYPING
A prototype of the designed part is usually made using 3D printing methods. This helps to ensure that there is no gap in the visualized design and the To-Scale prototype before getting into the actual manufacturing process.
MOLD FLOW ANALYSIS
Complex Mold Designs need to have some mechanism that can give us a guarantee that the material that gets inserted into the mold fills all the nook and crannies of the mold. Our expert team can provide a detailed mold flow analysis report that will help our customers to rest assured that the mold once manufactured will give the desired output.
MANUFACTURING
Once the design is approved, the manufacturing process is initiated using the latest Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Processes.
3D INSPECTION
The Manufactured parts are scanned again so that the same can be compared to the CAD model. The process is called as "Surface Inspection" and the result of this comparison highlights the differences that can be rectified.
